a) When Visiting the Website
When you access our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. A valid email address is required so that we know who the inquiry comes from and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your inquiry has been processed, but no later than 12 months, unless there are contractual or legal retention obligations.
c) When Commissioning Logistics and Transport Services
To fulfill our contractual obligations, we process personal data such as:

– Customs documents and shipment information
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.
8. SSL or TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

– in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;
– in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
– in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller;
– in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
– in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters for this purpose.
10. Right to Object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, insofar as there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

11. Data Security
Within the website visit, we use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead.
We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development.
12. Storage Duration and Deletion Periods
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purposes:
– Server log files: maximum 30 days
– Contact form inquiries: maximum 12 months (unless contractual obligations exist)
– Contract-related data: duration of contract processing plus legal retention periods (10 years according to HGB/AO)
– Session cookies: until the end of the browser session
After the storage period expires, the data is routinely deleted unless there is a legal retention obligation.
